The mother of a six-year-old young lady missing in South Africa since 19 February has been accused of illegal exploitation and hijacking.
Kelly Smith was accused along of her beau, Jacquen Appollis, and two others, following their capture.
Ms Smith’s little girl, Joslin, vanished external her home in Saldanha Cove, close to Cape Town.
